Use a usual .csv file

Take your .csv or .xlsx file (you can export your excel file as .csv). The first cell in the column is the tag (Name, Sum, Date in the example above).

Paste tags to the .docx file

Take a .docx file with any formatting and insert the tags where you need the variables to be. If the column name in spreadsheet is Name, the tag should be inserted as {{Name}}. That's it!
